Milestone Management was founded in 1993 by Roger Barbosa as a natural progression of his lifetime of experience in project and construction management for nationwide Hospitality, Food Service and retail concerns. The firm has been a trusted pre-construction management partner of some of the most prominent nationwide concerns since its inception.

In addition to its traditional consulting role Milestone Management has long endeavored to explore and develop new solutions for project management in a global economy. These efforts have culminated in ProTMPO , the online multi-project management tool that allows all parties to a project to be – literally – on the same (web) page as they make progress, scheduled to be launched in early 2011.

About Roger Barbosa

Principal, Founder, Director of Management and Entitlement Acquisitions

In the pre-construction management business since 1978, Roger chose in 1993 to offer his experience to the real estate industry with the kind of research, planning and management support services he found most needed and useful during his career with such established Orange County enterprises as The Accord Group, Sixpence Inns of America and Naugles Restaurants.

Roger is a Licensed General Contractor in the State of California.

Roger and Toni Barbosa, a partner with Tandem Talent, an Orange County artistic partnership, are parents of Erika Barbosa, a graduate of UCSD,, 6th College, class of 2010 currently pursuing an advanced degree in the field of Visual Anthropology.
 

About Dan Schultz

Director, Research, Planning and Permit Acquisitions

Since 1984, Dan has focused his efforts on research, planning and permit procurement. His
considerable experience involves understanding of the process, codes and organization of
all major municipalities in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.

Dan and Trini Schultz, owner of Mirame Photography, are parents of Alex (college sophomore) and Kirstie (High School).
